Album Review M.I.L.F. Make It Long ‘n Fast – More than you

M.I.L.F. (Make It Long ‘n Fast )“More than you”

Buil2Kill Records

This is a great album of rock n’ roll! Coming from Florence, Italy, these guys created an excellent opus of hard rock very influenced by old names like AC/DC, Poison, Mötley Crüe, Skid Row, etc.

I really liked this one because sounds fresh and denotes the real essence of rock n’ roll: the pleasure of a can of beer on your hands. All songs sound like if you are entering in a motorcycle bar at midnight and there is a cool band on stage, while bearded fellows are laughing and having a good time. Yep, this album has high doses of American hard rock from 80’s, if you know what I mean: catchy melodies, clean and shiny distortions, excellent vocals and astonishing guitar solos based in rhythm n’ blues.  Also, production is clear and delivers great musical arrangements in the entire album. As the band says, the reference of the pug dog is done in cover artwork and the entire album, and you are welcome into the so called “Pug n’ Roll” genre. I’m sure you will enjoy this CD if you are into glam rock, hard rock from 80’s and punk rock of course. It’s very recommended! – Victor Varas
